Upon receiving your phone call, we arrange a convenient time and date to measure up your area and get a clearer picture of your requests.We plan and discuss all aspects of your alterations and allow 30-60 minutes per consultation depending upon the size and type of alterations.

WE DO NOT EVER ASK YOU FOR ANY MONEY UP FRONT, NEITHER DO WE ASK YOU TO SIGN TO GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ALTERATIONS -PLEASE BEWARE OF OTHER DILIGENT COMPANIES WHOM REQUEST DEPOSITS BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR QUOTATION.

Within 3-5 working days you will receive your free quotation along with some of our portfolio pictures, customer references and proof of our Guild Membership. We include an explanation of your alterations and a copy of your quotation sheet so that if you decide to go ahead with your alterations, you can sign and date them both, return one to us and keep one for your own records. Sarah will then call to arrange a mutually convenient start date.

                                IF A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED

 NO DEPOSITS  are required until during your alterations and a receipt will be issued showing your outstanding balance due upon completion.

Steve will be with you at the agreed date and time to start your alterations.

For Driveways, Block Paved Paths & Patio's

Steve digs out and removes all turf, topsoil, rubble and concrete, he then prepares your ground accordingly, putting in edging stones, lowering any drains and manholes ready for your type 1 road stone, sand  that he screeds to the appropriate set levels ready for your blocks to be led to complete your driveway. 

For feature gardens and patio's after removal of all turf, topsoil, old concrete and rubble and appropriate levels being set, he would lay a wet concrete sub base ready for your patio slabs and then start to lay them right away, this eliminates future lose slabs or seeds, weeds and grass from growing between your slabs, making your patio design low maintenance and weather proof.

This is when Steve may request your deposit. We feel this is a much better way to run our business and shows you 'the customer' that we are a reliable and trustworthy local family run business. Upon completion after checking over his work and ensuring that you 'the customer' are 100% happy with your feature garden or patio he will request the final payment outstanding if a deposit was paid or the full balance, we then issue you a receipt which you need to keep safe as this is your 10 year guarantee.
